POLICY

SELF CHECK-IN – The Waldoboro Inn is a self check-in accommodation. We do not have a front desk, although it is likely you will cross paths with various members of our staff during your stay. After you have reserved a room, you will receive a door code to access the building and an additional one to access your room.

ACCESSIBILITY - 2 of our 3 rooms are located on the second floor. If you prefer not to climb stairs, our ground floor room, Room 1, is recommended. 

NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS – Sorry, we love animals, but, out of respect for our other guests and our cleaning staff, we do not allow them on site. Violations of our pet policy are subject to a $150 cleaning fee.

CHILDREN – Due to the historic nature of the building and its furnishings, the Inn is best suited for accommodating adults. If you are traveling with children, please consider their ability to tread lightly and respect quiet hours. Each room accommodates up to 2 people.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Violations to our smoking policy are subject to a $150 fee.

CHECK-IN IS AFTER 3 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior arrangement. Any guest who has not left their room by check-out time will be charged an additional $50 fee.

CANCELLATIONS & ALTERATIONS – Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, we offer a full refund for cancellations, made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.  If you book the entire Inn: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING – Linens and bath towels are included with your room. We do not provide daily housekeeping service for 1-2 night stays.  We suggest that beachgoers bring their own towels.

RATES – Rates adjust based on availability and are subject to change without notice.

PARKING -  Access to the Inn is from the School Street entrance. There is temporary parking in front of the carriage house on School Street to load and unload your belongings.  Overnight parking is two doors up the street to the east behind the town library at 958 Main Street.  You may also park on Main Street if there are spaces available. The Town of Waldoboro prohibits parking on School Street and Shady Avenue.

NOISE - Out of respect for our neighbors and other guests, quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
